Compliance Reporting and Lifecycle Management

  1. Implement compliance reporting aligned to HIPAA, DoD, and applicable federal regulatory requirements
  2. Design business processes supporting metadata workflows including validation rules, approval routing, and quality flagging
  3. Develop data product lifecycle processes covering creation, publication, versioning, and deprecation with embedded compliance checkpoints
  4. Support audit readiness activities and maintain documentation for ATO packages and oversight reviews

  2. 3 or more years of experience working with enterprise data across multiple database types

  4. Demonstrated experience implementing metadata standards enforcement and governance frameworks
  5. Knowledge of data quality management and automated monitoring systems
  6. Understanding of federal compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks (NIST, HIPAA, DoD data standards)
  7. Proficiency in developing KPIs and performance measurement frameworks
  8. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts into policy guidance and stakeholder-ready documentation
  9. Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Desired Skills and Competencies:

  1. 7 or more years of database administration experience in enterprise environments
